Program Management Intern, Infrastructure and Operations
On the owner’s side, I track commissioning and go live readiness across 300+ campus MEP, utility and facility projects. I moved 6+ shadow spreadsheets into one SharePoint source of truth and built 4 Power BI dashboards, cutting manual reporting time by about 70%.
Project Engineer Intern, MEPF
On a $2.6B project, I owned the Fire Command Center and the 3MW generator room, taking 7 trades through commissioning, IST and BMS checkout with zero punch list carryover. I caught 12 BIM conflicts before the field and 2 arc flash hazards before energization.
Graduate Research and Teaching Assistant
For a data center operator, I research value engineering on N+1 and 2N redundancy, and found a 15% lifecycle cost reduction and 12% schedule savings. As TA to Scott Cahalan of Smith, Gambrell & Russell, I built a contract review framework now taught to 45+ students.
Project Architect, Data Centers
I coordinated the 30MW Laurus hyperscale data center from design through preconstruction. BIM clash detection resolved 26% of MEP conflicts before design lock, and layout changes improved space efficiency by 23%.
Founder and CEO
I ran my own firm through the full project lifecycle of an 18 story residential tower and a 29,500 sq ft commercial building, from RFP to closeout. I resolved 12 contract disputes and delivered both on time and within budget.

Value engineering study, Georgia Tech
For 150MW of Tier III and Tier IV infrastructure, solar with battery storage returned $175.8M in net present worth and removed $6M to $12M a year in diesel operating costs.
