Track 50+ RFIs, 40+ submittals, and 20+ change orders across mechanical, electrical, plumbing, and utility scope, coordinating GCs, MEP subcontractors, and design consultants for the institutional owner. Consolidated 6+ shadow spreadsheets held by 5 project managers into one SharePoint source of truth and built 4 Power BI dashboards on commissioning status, milestones, and PM workload, cutting manual reporting time roughly 70%.

Took full ownership of the Fire Command Center and 3MW generator room, managing 7 trades through commissioning, IST, and BMS point-to-point checkout with zero punch list carryover. Coordinated 55+ submittals and 35+ RFIs, caught 12 BIM conflicts in Navisworks before they hit the field, and identified 2 arc-flash hazards before energization. Also led PDU room coordination and generator cutover sequencing across all critical power zones.
